The Pulp Fiction Index - Part I
Page 2

Jules Winnfield, played by Samuel
L Jackson, is not your average hit man. Before every kill he recites
this bible passage:
"The path of the righteous man is beset on all sides by the
iniquities of the selfish and the tyranny of evil men. Blessed is he,
who in the name of charity and good will, shepherds the weak through
the valley of darkness, for he is truly his brother's keeper and the
finder of lost children. And I will strike down upon thee with great
vengeance and furious anger those who would attempt to poison and destroy
my brothers. And you will know my name is the Lord when I lay my vengeance
upon thee"
That's a pretty cold-blooded thing to say before killing someone. Jules
would definitely have quite a few shares of Smith & Wesson Holding
(SWHC)
in his portfolio and he would have made quite a gain this year. SWHC
started the year off at $4.01 and is now comfortably sitting at $13.73.
Don't get too comfortable on this one though Jules, SWHC is currently
trading at approximately 60 times trailing earnings and I doubt that
their new partnership with Wilson Leather will provide as much revenue
as expected.
