Cloud Stock with Data Storage to Boot: EMC

Take Jim Cramer for what he is and from time to time he does make some sensible stock picks. Last week Cramer talked up EMC Corp (EMC) on his show and for the reasons he laid out its hard not to like the thesis.
EMC Corp made our Cloud Computing Stock Picks for 2012 back in December. We like EMC for its cloud computing generating revenue thanks to its 80% ownership of VMWare (VMW). EMC provides information storage, back-up and protection, management, security, information intelligence, data computing and virtualization technologies, services and solutions. Since our recommendation on EMC the stock has climbed up 8%. Today EMC is at $29.84 a share less than 1% from its 12 month high.
Cramer pimped EMC as the place to be in big data storage. EMC goes for 14.7x earnings with a 15% long-term growth rate. Here's what he had to say:
