VMware takes another kick to the face.

VMware Inc. (NYSE:VMW) continues its decline today, shares hit a new 12 month low of $75.79. VMW is trying to stay above $76 a share as we go into the afternoon.

Cloud computing giant VMware shares fell out of the sky today to the tune of 21%, is it justified?

VMware Inc (VMW) shares tanked 21% today and hit a new 12 month low. VMW closed down $21 to just over $77 a share. The company was killed on its 'soft guidance' and traders are not going to pay high multiplies thus dumping the stock.

The ultimate cloud computing play VMware is on its way to $100. EMC is just as good.

VMware (VMW) is up 2% today and trading at $85 and change. In 2011 VMW is down almost 4% but there's reason to believe this stock could return to greatness in 2012. However EMC Corp. (EMC) looks to be the better trade if you are looking for cloud computing growth plus data storage.
