Cyber Monday 2012 is here (Nov 26th).  It means great deals to be found on Amazon.com (AMZN), Ebay.com (EBAY), and BestBuy.com (BBY).  Let's hope it benefits the shares of the said companies as well.

Cyber Monday is coming and before that you can count on the online deals thanks to Black Friday.  Mastery is going with the five best stocks that will tick higher thanks to the millions about to be spent online.  Those stocks are Wal-Mart Stores (WMT), Google Inc. What's a Covered Call?

The covered call is a strategy where an investor writes a call option contract (sells an option) while at the same time owning an equivalent number of shares of the underlying stock.If this stock is purchased simultaneously with writing the call contract, the strategy is commonly referred to as a buy-write.

While you may have heard that trading options is risky business, covered calls are actually a very conservative strategy, and most brokerages even allow retirement IRA accounts to write covered calls.

Another trading week starts and stocks are up.  Making waves are Best Buy (BBY), gas prices increasing, and the "Volatility ETF" the VXX keeps falling.

Stocks are down again, but if you had listened to us last Friday you would be sitting in cash.  Thanks to the Super Committee failing and the continued drama in Europe, there was no other option but for stocks to decline.  Mastery loves some of the stocks that have taken it on the chin, including Microsoft (MSFT), Best Buy (BBY), and the mother of all financial companies Goldman Sachs (GS).
