If the Bulls keep running, Buy Starbucks (SBUX)
Sounds crazy? Maybe, but buying Starbucks Corp (NASDAQ:SBUX) shares 'on the cheap' is something that everyone talks about. Just about all of us have had SBUX shares in our IRA's at one time or another. Besides, what would Jesus do?
Starbucks shares have rallied 10% since last week, running from $13.58 to today's close of $15.42 a share. Not bad for a company that is closing 600 stores with the public crying "Save Our Starbucks" with petitions to keep their favorite location open.
You bet someone already beat you to the domain name and of course, it's got Google Ads all over it, just like us.

Starbucks said Monday that it is standing by its plans.
"We are humbled by the support we've received from our partners and customers regarding the closure of our stores," the company said in a statement. "We recognize the impact this announcement has had on the communities where we operate and value the feedback."

The company said the list of closing stores is considered final, pending some operational and contractual factors. The Seattle-based company decided to close the stores after seeing its overall traffic and profits decline in the faltering economy as consumers altered their spending habits.
This is good news for investors, horrible for Starbucks' employees but for the bottom line -- its a reason to Buy.
SBUX has shown that they are willing to do what it takes to get their share price back up. It's all about the corporation and the big money investors, people want their Return On Investment.
Why not buy SBUX shares, how much lower can they go?
For the moment, it would appear Starbucks shares have hit their 52-week low. If the Bulls continue to run, you have to buy Starbucks, just to make a quick buck. Yes McDonald's (MCD) beat them and put them in check, but if the market is 6, 9, or 12 months ahead (depending on what hour you are watching CNBC), then Starbucks shares will continue to recover.
Discliamer: No positions in SBUX or MCD.
